Data we collect

• Account: email address and, if you sign in with Google or Discord, the basic profile they return (name, avatar). Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Profile: username, display name, optional Forza gamertag, bio and avatar that you choose to add.
• Content: the share codes, titles, descriptions, images, comments, votes and favorites you submit.
• Technical: IP address, device/browser data, and usage analytics, plus cookies (see below).

How and why we use it

To run the service (accounts, publishing and moderating content), to keep the site secure and prevent abuse, to measure traffic, and to show advertising. Legal bases: performance of our terms (contract), your consent (cookies/ads, optional profile data), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.

Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies for sign-in. With your consent we use analytics and advertising cookies (including Google AdSense), managed via a consent banner (Google Consent Mode). You can change or withdraw consent at any time. Non-essential cookies are not set until you consent.

Who processes your data

We rely on processors who act on our behalf: Supabase (database, auth and image storage), Vercel (hosting), and Google (AdSense and analytics). Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. You can delete your content or request account deletion at any time; we then remove personal data except where we must keep it for legal reasons.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to processing. To exercise these rights email contact@fhcodes.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Children

The site is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their data.
