You are responsible for your account and for the activity under it. Keep your credentials safe. You may delete your account at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant FHCodesa non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute it on the service. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You are solely responsible for your submissions, including screenshots.

Acceptable use

Do not post or do any of the following:

• Infringing, illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content.
• Fake, misleading or spam share codes.
• Other people's creations claimed as your own, without credit.
• Scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to break or overload the service.

Share codes

Share codes are user-submitted text. We do not host game assets and cannot guarantee a code is valid, current or safe to use. Use them at your own discretion.

Moderation

We may review, edit, remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, at our discretion. We also operate a copyright takedown process (see the DMCA page).

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, FHCodes is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or of any share code. FHCodes is a fan-made community site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft, Turn 10 Studios or Playground Games. Forza and Forza Horizon are trademarks of Microsoft.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. We may update them; continued use means acceptance.
